    *FREE delivery covers ALL 5 boroughs of New York City. 

    * If delivery is over 25 miles from Staten Island, delivery charges may apply.  Long Island, Upstate NY, NJ and Connecticut delivery charges may apply.

    * There is a MANHATTAN ONLY $40.00 garage fee (unless you provide a parking).

    * 8.87% sales tax applies unless you provide us with an exemption certificate.
